Skutt automatic kilns ensure convenience, accuracy, and results that are easy to duplicate. Cones are no longer needed, and between-cone temperatures are now an option. the KILNMASTER is available as a built-in option on a Skutt Automatic Kiln or as an independent, wall-mounted controller usable with most kilns operated by the Dawson Kiln Sitter. Easily programmable, the KilnMaster provides these outstanding features: Cone Fire or Ramp/Hold modes, Digital Readout, Delayed Start, Adjustable Temperature Alarm and a Cone Tabe. Equipped with Failure Protection Circuitry, the kiln is able to detect component failure and will shut off to avoid damage to kiln or ware.
This line is designed for large loads and mass production. Cone 10 temperature may be reached consistently without struggle, and the KilnMaster provides the option of Cone Firing, or your own selection of 8-segment Ramp/Hold firing programs. One of the most powerful kiln designs available. Heavy duty elements are available, extra charges apply. PK kilns do not come with plugs and must be directly wired.
With thermocouples in each kiln section, ZC kilns precisely monitor temperatures at top, middle and bottom. KilnMaster Controller keeps temperatures at each section within five degrees.
